Session Plans
Our session plans are designed to support outdoor learning, seasonal awareness and careful observation of the natural world. They are written for use in schools, home education and family settings, and are organised by season or term and then by age group.
Each plan draws on traditional seasonal markers and folklore to help children understand the turning of the year in a way that feels rooted and meaningful, using story as a shared point of focus rather than as belief or instruction. Alongside this, the sessions include moments of stillness, reflection and mindful noticing, supporting emotional regulation, attention and a sense of connection to place.
The plans are flexible by design and include guidance to support children with SEND and differing sensory needs, allowing adults to adapt activities, offer choice and create calm, inclusive outdoor experiences where children can engage at their own pace.
If you are looking for plans for a specific age or setting that are not yet listed, please get in touch below and let us know what you need.
