Wild Together currently supplies digital downloads rather than physical products. Nothing needs to be posted back to us. This policy summarises cancellation and refund arrangements; the Digital Download Terms contain the full contract terms.
Free downloads
There is no payment to refund for a free resource. If a free file is missing, damaged or will not open, email hello@wildtogether.co.uk and we will try to provide a working copy.
Changing your mind about a paid download
Consumers normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. Before Wild Together provides immediate access to a paid download, checkout asks you to consent to supply beginning during that period and to acknowledge that the statutory cancellation right is lost once the download begins.
If supply has not begun, email hello@wildtogether.co.uk within 14 days of the contract being formed and tell us you wish to cancel.
The consumer cancellation right does not apply in the same way to a school, setting, company or other organisation buying wholly or mainly for business use.
Faulty, incorrect or unavailable files
Email hello@wildtogether.co.uk if:
- the file is damaged or cannot be opened;
- the wrong product was supplied;
- important content is missing;
- the product is materially different from its description; or
- a technical problem prevents delivery.
Please include the order number, the email address used at checkout and a short description of the problem.
We will investigate and provide the remedy required by law. Depending on the circumstances, this may be a corrected or replacement file, a price reduction or a refund. This policy does not restrict statutory rights.
Duplicate or mistaken orders
If you believe you have paid twice for the same download or made another checkout mistake, contact us promptly. We will check the order records and refund an unintended duplicate payment where appropriate.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method without undue delay and normally within 14 days after we agree that a refund is due. Banks and card providers may take additional time to show the credit.
